We are searching for an Office Manager to join our Croatian team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative business support

  • Correspondence with associates, partners and clients

  • Invoicing, inventory accounting (receipts, delivery notes)

  • Preparation of documentation for bokkeeping

  • Internet banking usage

  • Incoming invoices recording and payment deadlines monitoring

  • Working hours recording, employees registration and deregistration

  • Taking care of procurement and inventory

  • Understading the differences in the tax policy between EU members countries

  • Understanding and doing business in accordance to the Croatian legislation

  • Usage of MS Office

  • Communication with freight forwarders

  • Other tasks ordered by the CEO

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Positive attitude and responsibilities toward work, focus on solving problems

  • Work under pressure

  • Teamwork

  • Thoroughness in tasks performing

  • High level of business correspondence

  • Speed, proactivity, and resourcefulness

  • IT literacy and good knowledge of working in MS Office

  • English knowledge (necessary)

  • German knowledge (not necessary, but it is an advantage)

  • Possession of a driver's license B category
