ZNB
ZNB is a zinc sulfide material for sputtering targets. It is suited mainly for optical applications.
ZNB properties
ZNB can be sputtered with DC and is very stable. Under 700°C there is no grain growth. The refractive index is higher than ZnS-SiO2. The absorption is k < 0.1 @ 400 - 800 nm.
