Infrared Silicon Blanks

At SPM you find IR Silicon Blanks up to 450 mm (17.72 inch) diameter.

FZ material is used up to 200 mm (7.87 inch) diameter because the oxygen content is lower than the CZ material.

CZ material is used for blanks bigger than 200 mm (7.87 inch) diameter. It is n-type and has a minium of > 5 Ohmxcm.

You need polished IR Silicon Blanks? No problem. SPM is able to polish planar surfaces and domes.
