Philipp Quaderer, CEO

Philipp is the managing director of SPM. For over 12 years he has worked closely with customers in the semiconductor industry on new solutions to lower costs and/ or increase productivity.

Amanda Burkhart, Customer Service

Amanda is the pivotal person in our company. Each enquiry and order runs through her. She received technical training at the professional school in Feldkirch and works over 10 years with us. 

Roland Lampert, Head of Production 

Roland is responsible for developing solutions for our customers. He is a trained electronic engineer and for several years was the production manager of an industrial company.

Ajmaal Shahul, Production

Ajmaal is our new production worker since August 2011. He assists Roland with our target bonding service.

Eva Nachbauer, Marketing

Eva is responsible for all marketing activities. She has a Bachelor degree in business administration and takes care of the commercialization of SPM products.

Anett Leibiger, Sales

Anett has been working with us for over 4 years. She is a trained engineer and knows the products and processes of the semiconductor industry. She takes care of our customers in the region around Dresden, Germany.

John Dale, Sales

John has worked for more than 8 years with us. He grew up in Wales and takes care of our customers in the UK and Ireland. John studied chemistry and is very familiar with the customers’ processes.
